Co-Founder and Controller
It's clear that her extensive 19 years of experience in IT and engineering has been pivotal in establishing Jefferson Technology alongside her husband, Nathan. Libbie's combination of business and IT knowledge undoubtedly contributes significantly to the success of the venture.
Moreover, her role as Strategy and Execution Lead for US at a pharmaceutical facility underscores her leadership skills and technical expertise. It's impressive to see her making a positive impact not only in her own business but also within the local industry.
Outside of her professional commitments, it's heartening to know that Libbie values spending quality time with her family, including her husband, daughters, son and four-legged friends, Winnie and Snowflake. Balancing a thriving career with personal relationships is a testament to her dedication and passion for both professional and personal aspects of life.

Co-Founder and Chief Consultant
Nate has been taking things apart and putting them back together since childhood. He has over 25 years in the IT industry. On the occasion Nate is partially unplugged from IT, he works on old BMWs, yard projects, and talking Libbie into seeing movies as well as running all over the place with 3 kids and 2 dogs.

With a decade of experience in the field of Information Technology, Cory holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist certification. His expertise lies in providing top-notch IT solutions and helping clients improve the baseline of their computer infrastructure. His proficiency in understanding and solving complex IT problems has made him a trusted advisor to many clients.
Over the years, having spent four years with Jefferson Technology, he has demonstrated a strong ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to meet the business needs of our clients. His commitment to excellence, combined with his mission to deliver outstanding client service, has earned him the reputation of a dedicated IT professional.
Outside of his professional life, Cory has a passion for outdoor activities and enjoys going on short hikes. He also appreciates the craftsmanship of local breweries and makes occasional trips to explore new flavors. When at home, he enjoys spending quality time with his cat and indulging in PC games on one of the many computers he has built himself. This balance of professional dedication and personal interests ensures Cory brings a unique perspective to every project he undertakes.

Beyond the professional realm, Will is an avid collector of board games, finding joy in the strategic challenges they present. In his spare time, he embraces the outdoors through camping and kayaking, seeking balance and inspiration in nature.

Senior IT Consultant
I was an Air Force brat and lived all over the country, including California, where I met my wife of over 30 years. We have been in Charlottesville since 1997, and I was just recently added to the Jefferson Technology consulting group in January 2024. Prior to that, 30 years of combined experience in information technology integration, expansion, and maintenance. I have worked with pharmaceutical software development, installation, and testing. Most recently, small business IT support with Tamblyn Computer Consulting in the Charlottesville area.
I mostly enjoy working one-on-one with individuals to solve problems, but I don’t mind getting knee-deep in a server closet either.
I enjoy spending time with family, including 2 grandchildren, UVa football and tailgating, visiting local wineries, cooking especially smoking meats and frying turkey.

Office Manager
Whitney is a graduate of Emory and Henry college and worked in Healthcare Administration for 7 years before joining the Jefferson Technology team. Being an Assisted Living Administrator during the COVID pandemic was a career defining experience which reinforced her passion for helping people and building relationships. Whitney is coming up on her 10th year of marriage and has been blessed with two toddlers and two labrador retrievers. In her rare free time, Whitney loves to travel, cook, read, and cheer on the Hokies.
